- Aap product receive karne ke 7 din ke andar return request kar sakte hain.
- Product unused, original packaging me aur saath me saare accessories hone chahiye.
- Damaged ya defective product receive hone ki surat me hum replacement ya refund provide karte hain.
🔹 Refunds
- Return receive aur inspect karne ke baad hum aapko refund approval/decline ka email bhejte hain.
- Agar approve ho jaye to refund 5–7 working days me original payment method ya Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash par process kar diya jata hai.
- Delivery charges non-refundable hain.

- Used ya damaged products jo customer ne khud damage kiye hon.
- Earbuds/Airpods hygiene reason ki wajah se sirf tabhi return honge jab defective ya damaged hon.
- Sale/discount items non-refundable hote hain.
